Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Structura and sign in
2. Tap the settings icon, top right
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
4. Confirm

It happens immediately. No waiting period, and nothing to email us for.

If you cannot open the app

Email us from the address the account uses and we will delete it for you, within 30 days and usually the same week.

What happens

Removed:

• Your sign-in account, so the email address is free again
• Your credits, unlocks and any unfinished checkout — credits are forfeited and are not refunded
• The off-device backup of your projects

Kept:

• Feedback you sent is anonymised, not deleted — the report stays useful, your address and account id are removed
• Payment records, as accounting records for money actually received

Anything on your own phone goes when you uninstall. Designs you have already exported as PDF or DXF are yours and are unaffected. Full detail in the privacy policy.
