Structura is a structural design tool for engineers, published by GreatCallie International Ltd (Nigeria). This policy describes what the app and its server actually hold, written against the code rather than from a template.

What is collected

What is not collected
- Card details. Payments are handled entirely by Paystack. Card numbers never reach Structura.
- Plan drawings you load as an underlay. They are displayed on your device only. They are never uploaded, never sent to the server, and are not saved.
- Your designs are never sent to analytics. The usage measurement described above records that you ran a beam and that it passed — never the beam. Nothing you type into a design form leaves your device except to be calculated and returned.
- No advertising identifiers, no advertising, no location, no contacts, no tracking across other apps or sites. Analytics is used to improve Structura and for nothing else.
Who else is involved
- Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, App Engine, Google Analytics for Firebase) — sign-in, database, hosting and usage measurement. Google may process technical data such as IP addresses to run and protect those services.
- Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them. They tell us who you are; we tell them nothing about your designs.
- Paystack — payments, when you buy credits.
- Brevo — sends the onboarding email and delivers your feedback to us.
Your data is not sold, and is not shared with anyone else.
Deleting your account

What is removed
- Your sign-in account, so the address is free again
- Your credits, unlocks and any unfinished checkout — credits are forfeited and are not refunded
- The off-device backup of your projects
What is kept, and why
- Feedback you sent is anonymised, not deleted. The report stays useful; your address and account id are removed from it.
- Payment records are kept. They are accounting records for money actually received, which we are required to be able to account for.
- Usage statistics are kept, because they are never tied to your account in the first place — they are counts against a random install identifier, and there is no name or address in them to remove.
Anything on your own device goes when you uninstall the app. Designs you have already exported as PDF or DXF are yours and are not affected.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and comparable law elsewhere, you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to calistusokwudili@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Data is held for as long as you have an account. Structura is a professional tool and is not directed at children.
